How Romulus operates
Romulus’ highly experienced team provides full in-house service capabilities from construction and refurbishment to in-house workspace management.
As a team of over 50 professionals, we are directly responsible for the day-to-day management of our retail, co-working and flexible workspace alongside residential, construction, property, and facilities management.
We also own and manage Huddle, a co-working and flexible workspace offering that provides affordable and accessible workplaces for start-ups, scale-ups and growing businesses.
We strongly believe in the retention and improvement of good, sustainable buildings, enabling local businesses to continue to operate, new jobs to be created and our environmental impact to be minimal.
Therefore, we like to partner closely with local authorities, businesses, housing associations, charities and residents to deliver long-term and sustainable improvements.
Since acquiring Centre Court in March 2021, the management team has moved in-house, an NHS testing and vaccination hub has opened on the first floor, local artists have showcased their work, new pop-ups have been operating in the Queen’s Road market and we have helped support the Polka Theatre.
In 2019 we refurbished 3 Shortlands, a 180,000 sq ft building in Hammersmith, providing new co-working and private office accommodation, cycle provisions and event space. We also recently welcomed new beehives to the roof of 3 Shortlands.
We are currently undertaking a refurbishment and extension of The Fulham Centre, previously home to Universal Music. The building is due to complete in June 2022 and will provide flexible, contemporary workspace, retail provision and a beautiful roof top garden.
