Coming to Centre Court
Owners and managers Romulus began the process of transforming Centre Court into a mixed-use development with a mix of new dynamic uses to cater to the demands of local residents including new shops, leisure, workspaces, restaurants, bars and more. As part of this transformation new occupiers will be coming to the Centre.
Third Space
Third Space, London’s most luxurious fitness and health club, will build and operate a new 42,000 square feet premium fitness and wellness club in Centre Court. Individual in style,bound by a common philosophy to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own.
Expected to open in 2023, Third Space Wimbledon will feature multi-purpose studios, a 25-metre swimming pool, plunge pool, world class wet spa and natural fitness food cafe giving a brand-new offering to existing residents and new visitors alike.

Co-working provider Huddle will join the Centre Court community following their successful launch in Hammersmith in 2018. Owned and operated by Romulus, our flexible workspace solutions mean that you can quickly and easily pay for one desk
or multiple desks, by the hour, day, week or month. Huddle is a coworking and flexible workplace offering that provides affordable and accessible space for start-ups and growing businesses.
We love nothing more than seeing young businesses grow, however we understand that starting a company has its
challenges. Our ethos is on providing a supportive local community and all Huddle members have access to in-house professional business advice and events aimed at helping you and your team thrive.
The Golf Groove
Golf Groove is a high-tech and immersive golf simulation experience complete with in-house bar. Using state of the art Trackman technology visitors can play the world’s best courses as well as learning the game with the Golf Groove’s team of coaches who will offer innovative golf coaching for beginners right through to the keenest of golfers.
The Golf Groove has partnered with Callaway Golf to deliver an equipment experience like no other. Golf Groove will be joining Centre Court in 2023 to provide a dynamic new experience for all visitors.
