Huddle is a co-working and flexible workplace offering that provides affordable and accessible space for start-ups and growing businesses.
Owned and operated by Romulus, our flexible workspace solutions mean that you can quickly and easily pay for one desk, or multiple desks, by the hour, day, week or month.
Our ethos is on providing a supportive local community and all Huddle members have access to in-house professional business advice and events aimed at helping you and your team thrive.
We love nothing more than seeing young businesses grow, however we understand that starting a company has its challenges.
Each month we reserve 10 desks for the exclusive use of local businesses, at a 75% discounted membership rate. This means Huddle is incredibly accessible to those starting out.
You can apply for a desk here or by contacting the Hammersmith & Fulham council.
Every year, we commission local artists to produce works of art to be hung throughout Huddle.
Not only does this create a bright, inspiring, and unique place for Huddle members to work, it also provides a platform for artists to showcase and sell their beautiful pieces.
Our annual art exhibition is a popular calendar event, attended by both artists and locals alike.
Huddle at Centre Court
As part of the transformation at Centre Court, new co-working and flexible workspace will be created.
Our first Huddle space in Hammersmith has supported the growth of many local businesses, from start-ups to scale-ups and beyond, and we are looking forward to doing the same in Wimbledon.
CASE STUDIES
Growing from an entrepreneur with an idea to a dynamic start-up
Manish Rungta is a local Hammersmith Resident who founded Caelum Capital, an independent strategic advisor focused on Southeast Europe and other emerging markets.
Read about how Manish went from a part-time co-working desk to private office within 18 months, thanks in part to the support offered by Huddle.
From co-working to a bespoke office studio, designed by Romulus
Over the past 20 years XYi Design has established itself as a trusted supplier to some of the largest film studios around the world, specialising in the adaptation and localisation of theatrical campaigns across all media in multiple territories.
XYi joined Huddle in 2019 and since then we have supported their substantial growth with two office moves, even designing and fitting out their new space.
In our longer-term plans for Centre Court, we want to introduce a market on the ground floor with stall holders selling locally produced food, ceramics, and clothing.
Over time, if the stall holder wanted a more permanent setting for their business, we would help support them with a retail space in Centre Court.
This is all part of our wider plan to help support local businesses and the community.
Helping start-ups grow in Wimbledon
At present in Wimbledon there is a shortage of both start-up office space and space for companies to grow. Huddle will enable local businesses to expand in Wimbledon rather than need to relocate to other locations.
SUPPORTING RETAIL GROWTH
The retail environment is challenging but there is a real desire for small, local businesses to be supported. Centre Court will enable local entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to market and if successful, move into retail space designed to give them the best opportunity to succeed.
FROM FOOD CONCEPTS TO RESTAURANTS
Food trucks and pop-up stalls selling exciting new cuisines have revolutionised the London dining scene and we want to support this in Wimbledon. Chefs will be able to try their ideas in our new food court, moving up to restaurant space if successful.
